As a Prospect Manager in our Pittsburgh office, Wade Powell leads projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia, covering title, curative, leasing, and unit reviews. His expertise runs deepest in title examination and unit review work. He attended Penn State and holds his RPL certification. A former soccer player through high school and college intramurals, Wade stays active these days with hiking, kayaking, and floating down the river. He's also a dedicated grill master, with his smoked "Powell Chicken" earning family tradition status. When he's not firing up the smoker, you'll find him at a sporting event or concert, cheering loudest when Notre Dame football is on.
