Julie brings a lifelong passion for organization, process planning, and team collaboration to her role as Business Manager for Dudley Land Company. Based in her hometown of Katy, she's built a career defined by loyalty - anchored by a 14.5-year management role straight out of college and, more recently, a fast rise through Dudley's ranks over the past three and a half years. Along the way, she checked a major item off her bucket list by becoming an Aggie and earning her MBA from Texas A&M University. Whoop! Today, she channels her love of logistics into supporting employees across every Dudley office and finding new ways to elevate how the company works. At home, Julie is a devoted wife and mother whose favorite thing is laughing and spending time with her family, close friends, and two black labs. Travel is her ultimate passion, and she's always ready to pack a bag for an adventure - whether that's a vibrant city or pristine beach overseas, camping, floating the river, relaxing on the lake, hanging out at the deer lease, or hiking and skiing in the mountains. The great outdoors is where she's happiest. Deeply rooted in her hometown, she spends her free time volunteering for local charities and bringing maximum fun to Katy as founder and social chair of her local Mardi Gras Krewe.
