Blake Thomas is a Prospect Manager on Dudley's renewables team in Houston, overseeing acquisition, title, and surface waiver projects across the country. He came to the land industry through an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma, a background that still shows up in how he approaches the detail-heavy, high-volume work that renewables demands. He started in oil and gas in 2014 before pivoting to renewables in 2021 and joining Dudley as a contract landman in 2022. Since then, he's built project experience across 15 states. A member of AAPL, he's as plugged into the industry off the clock as he is on it. At home, he's managing a different kind of full-time project: twin boys, ten months old, who have yet to respect a single deadline. When he gets a window, he's exploring Houston's restaurant scene or finding an excuse to travel.
